When I began working on the score for Hot Frosty, I knew it was going to be a wonderfully warm Christmas romcom filled with holiday magic and fun. What I didn’t know was that it would quickly become a phenomenon sweeping the nation, soaring to the very top of the Netflix charts for a few weeks. This of course had little to do with the music and mostly to do with a great script and exceptional performances from Lacey Chabert and Dustin Milligan. Not to mention some hilarious incompetent cop antics from supporting actors Craig Robinson and Joe Lo Truglio. It’s always a joy for me to work on a project that connects with the masses and Hot Frosty was most certainly that.
